My journey toward holistic healing emerged from years of misdiagnoses, ineffective medications, and lack of attention to crucial aspects of my health. Both my physical and mental well-being were affected. Surprisingly, discussions about food intolerance, everyday stress, and spirituality were absent from my healthcare journey. As part of my holistic transformation, I discovered the powerful effects of nutrition, stress management, and spirituality on my healing journey. To further this path, I established Carnelian Mind Body Balance—a space where I can passionately promote holistic well-being and assist others. During our sessions, I’ll create a personalized healing experience tailored to your unique needs. By the end of our time together, you’ll feel lighter, aligned, and empowered.
