Lite Breakfast
8 AM – 9 AM
Start your day with a light breakfast offering of Greek yogurt and house-made granola, fruit, local coffee from Wonderstate, and artisan hot tea.

Brunch
10 AM - 12 PM
Fuel up for day of Bayfield adventures with a robust brunch offering that includes items like vegetable quiche, fresh spinach & arugula salad, gluten-free almond crust breakfast pie with fresh herbs & roasted vegetables, fresh fruit platter and local baked artisan breads.

Dinner
5 PM - 7 PM
After a day of exploring, wind down with a family-style offering of dishes like Lake Superior ponzu salmon with house pickles, roasted fresh vegetables, baked chicken and vegetable curry, chilled raita salad and midnight brownies.

1. Who is this retreat for? This retreat is designed for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, nurture their inner goddess, and experience transformation through movement, creativity, self-care, and ritual. Whether you’re seeking rest, empowerment, or a deeper spiritual connection, this retreat offers a supportive and immersive space for all levels.
2. Do I need to be a client of Kim’s to attend? No! This retreat is open to all women, whether you’ve worked with Kim before or are joining for the first time. Everyone is welcome to participate and benefit from the experiences offered.
3. What is included in the retreat package? Your retreat experience includes Scandinavian-inspired accommodations, daily Ayurvedic-inspired meals, access to the 24-hour SaunaHaus & Rain Room experience, daily workshops as stated in the itinerary, movement and meditation sessions, group spa/pampering time, and evening rituals like the sound bath. Travel, and drinks with dinner are not included unless otherwise specified.
4. What if I need a payment plan? We offer the option to pay a $500 deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due 60 days before the retreat. If you would like a customized payment plan, please reach out directly to discuss arrangements.
5. Is transportation provided from the airport to the retreat? Shuttle services are available through Wild Rice Retreat from either the Duluth, Minnesota airport or the Ironwood, Michigan airport. Arrangements for shuttle service should be made more than 30 days in advance of arrival and are based on availability and will result in an additional charge.
6. What are the options for transportation once onsite? Once onsite at Wild Rice Retreat, guests may use the Brownstone Trail to walk to Bayfield (approximately 1.5-miles one way). The Brownstone Trail is a relatively flat trail running along the top of a cliff overlooking Lake Superior.
Alternative transportation while onsite includes e-bike rental from Howl Adventure Center which a team member can help arrange. A variety of bike types may be rented on a daily or multi-day basis.
The Bayfield area does not have taxis, Uber, or Lyft. Car rentals may be made in Duluth, Minnesota or Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
Availability & Registration
This retreat is intentionally limited to 12 participants to create a deeply personal, supportive, and intimate healing experience. Once all spaces are filled, a waitlist will be available should a spot open.
Early registration is strongly encouraged to secure your place and preferred accommodation.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we encourage you to review the following policy before registering.

The $500 deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the total retreat cost.

If you cancel 60 days or more before the retreat begins, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.
