What Is Chakradance™?
Chakradance™ is often described as a "dance practice for the soul." It’s not about performance or choreography—it's about reconnecting with your true self through movement, music, and inner awareness. Each session is a meditative experience that guides you on a journey through the body’s seven major chakras, helping you release emotional blocks, awaken your creativity, and deepen your sense of balance and vitality.
Through spontaneous movement to chakra-resonant music and guided visualizations, participants are invited to explore the subtle energies that influence their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sessions often conclude with mandala art creation to help integrate and reflect on the experience.

This 65-minute class is an accessible introduction to all seven chakras. It includes:
A short guided meditation
Full-body warm-up and breathwork
Seven short dances (one for each chakra)
A closing mandala drawing for reflection
Class size is intentionally small to hold safe, sacred space

Who Can Participate?
Chakradance™ is for adults ages 18 and up of all body types, backgrounds, and fitness levels. You don’t need to be a dancer, and there’s no right or wrong way to move. Each session is done with eyes closed or a soft gaze, helping you tune inward and let your movement unfold naturally.

Do I need to be a good dancer?
Not at all! Chakradance™ is about inner movement, not performance. All bodies, all abilities, and all expressions are welcome.
What is the atmosphere like during class?
The space is low-lit and peaceful, with soft music and a private, meditative feel. Movement is done with eyes closed or soft gaze to support inward focus.
Can I attend just one class or do I need to commit to a series?
You’re welcome to attend individual sessions or register for the full 9-week series. The series offers a deeper, more integrative experience.
