A Reiki treatment feels like a warm, glowing radiance that flows through and around you, treating the whole person—body, emotions, mind, and spirit. This holistic approach creates numerous beneficial effects, including relaxation and a sense of peace, security, and well-being. You can expect to feel deeply relaxed, often drifting into a daydream or even a light sleep.

During a session, with permission, I use a gentle, hands-on healing to harmonize your Chakra System, ensuring you leave feeling open, balanced, and clear. Additionally, I may integrate tuning forks, crystals, aromatherapy, sound healing, chakra balancing, or meditation, guided by intuitive insights.

Sound Healing
50-minute private session - $65
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that employs various musical instruments to generate healing vibrations around the body during meditation. Instruments such as crystal sound bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs produce these vibrant sounds, which our bodies absorb to restore harmony. This practice resonates with the body’s energetic centers, facilitating a connection that transforms the mind and heals the body on multiple levels.
Chakradance– Journey through all 7 Chakras
65-minute class - $40

Chakradance is described as a dance practice for the soul. It is about reconnecting back to our true essence or true self. Chakradance workshops are a journey inward. We use spontaneous dance, specific music, guided imagery and mandala art to journey through the chakra system. It is available for ALL abilities, ages 18.

In this workshop called, we start with a guided meditation, followed by a warm-up consisting of light stretching from head to toe. Then a spontaneous dance through all seven chakras to specific music. The class finishes with mandala art.

Through spontaneous movement to beautiful chakra specific music, I will guide you to move through your own unique experience, be that to release buried emotions, unresolved issues or outdated patterns holding you back in life.
